Prices for our Apartments

All apartments are outfitted with a telephone and flat screen TV. The kitchens all completely equipped.
( microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, ect. )

Apartments for up to 2 people

Approximately 50 square meters: 1 bedroom, living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, patio or balcony.

You are welcome to add a baby crib for a baby/toddler (0-3 years). For children we charge 5,00 €/day. Unfortunately, there is no room for a large extra bed in these apartments.

Apartments for 2-5 People

Approximately 80 square meters: 2 bedrooms, living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, patio or balcony.

You are welcome to request a 5th person from us.

Apartment for up to maxi 6 people

Approximately 95 square meters: 3 bedrooms, living room/dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, balcony.

Additional Information

• Dogs are also welcomed guests and carry a cost of 9,00 €/day. Please understand that we have rules for house pets and expect that our guests will respect those rules. Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms. Please do not forget to bring blankets with you to cover the couch.
  
• We gladly provide high chairs and travel baby beds at no cost to you. Please make this request at the time of booking or before you arrive so that we can have everything ready for your arrival.
  
  
• Our prices include VAT and are calculated based on a minimum stay of 1 week. You are welcome to request a shorter stay. 
  
  
• Your bill can be paid before the completion of your stay with cash or EC card. (Please note, this DOES NOT include credit cards.)
  
  
• Included in the rental price are the following services:
  Initial sheets and towels, final cleaning, electricity, heating water, waste and parking.
  
  
• Visitors tax per day:    Adults 1,90 €     Children (6 - 15 Jahren) 0,95 €
  
  
• Our modern washer and dryer are available for a small fee.

• You can also book a garage (3,00 €/day) depending on availability.
